"I had a great experience with Ian. When I called to cancel my homeowner’s insurance, he explained that in order to cancel on the date I requested, I would need to send him my new policy to show when the coverage started.

When he called back to finalize the cancellation, he let me know he could take care of it — but he also made sure I understood that canceling would remove my auto bundle discount and cost me an extra $300. He even pointed out that he could match the coverage on my new policy if I preferred to stay.

I really appreciate that he didn’t just cancel the policy and let the company make an extra $300. Instead, he went above and beyond to make sure I knew my options. Some other insurance companies might not have done that.
